This will never happen, not in my country, new people who join get confused and read outdated rules and leave in despair very quickly.
Secondly, every season the number of fans systematically decreases and this both creates a loss of income and also harms the fight against the other teams in the world in international tournaments. I am not asking for 10 fans to join every time, but reaching a state of 100% satisfaction and having fans systematically leave is already miserable.

How does the rating of the last season affect the current mood? Does mood tend to go up if I have a low rating of the last season or if I have a high rating of the last season?

Yes.
But it's worthless if when you reach 100% it doesn't matter and fans still leave you... And again, I'm not with the most fans in the country.. There are at least 2-3 teams that I know that have more fans than me and not by a bit. So it's just stupid
