One of my young-ish strikers is a bit of an all rounder. I'm pretty sure I should keep training him in Pace for the next few weeks.

Even though he is 21.. is there any logic to training him in PM at some point in the future and turning him into a midfielder given he is fairly strong (for my lowly player stats) in all areas? Or simply best to keep as a striker?

he is too old for MID. keep him on pace full season. then striker and tech. :)

I recon he needs at least this + 2 more seasons of pace...otherwise he'll be too slow for a striker. And even then...He's too far off.
PM training is a waste for him though.
But tbh...I think he ain't worth a training spot...He's just not good enough...all round.

(414 / 886) pace it means he has like +4 in pace and also needs 4 more direct trainings and several general traiinings in pace to pop.

My player is injuried (7) and now it looks like he is not going to participate in training. Is there any hope?

No hope. Train another player for this week

Check the Training section after tonight's update. If the player has a percentage in the "effectiveness" column, he will train this week.

If there's a First Aid Kit, he won't.

It's a light injury now, he should receive it tomorrow..
