PS: Golden rule if team signed up for flow B gets wild card from world cup it will qualify for main flow if is the 4th team in world cup will qualify for promotion playoff for flow A

Flow B will be 2 groups number of teams will be defined based on wild cards so far we have 11 teams will be great if we find 12 teams even few more to cover the wild cards .

no but thats not an issue cause depends on how many Europe teams reach semifinals on world cup number of teams may be less anyways

i will adapt the format so all to have friendlies as much as possible
