based on results of world cup situation is as follows

España - Hellas 2:6
Magyarország - Polska 3:2
Deutschland - Uruguay 2:1
Cuba - Brasil

we definitely will have 2 wild cards and a possible third for Deutschland

1.Suomi 2558.79 qualifies in as first team -> will go in the top rank team replacement
if Polska wins Suomi goes in group B if Hellas wins goes in group B if none above wins but Hungury wins it goes in group C

2.Slovensko qulifies as second ranked team will replace the second ranked team
if Polska and Hellas win Slovensko goes group B if Hellas wins but Polska loses then Slovensko goes in group B if Hellas loses and Polska Slovensko will go in group C

3. België will qulify as third team only if Deutchland wins if Polska Hellas and Deutchland wins will go in gorup B if Polska or Hellas loses then and Deutchland wins will go in group C

if we have 2 wild cards we will have 9 teams we will have a gorup of 4 and group of 5 (case when Germany loses)

The tournament starts the week after do not arrange the games . This Saturday after world Cup games we will know all fixtures for both a and b flow draw for b flow will be set up for Saturday

so after the results on the world cup 3 teams have wild cards to the playoffs
Hellas, Hungary and Deutschland this means 3 teams from flow B promote to flow A

inflow A, only winners and one second best will go through!

after the world cup, there will be 1 week for teams with the wild card so the second and third teams from the world cup will fight for the second wild card in the schema. World champion or best team qualifies directly
