I've just finished watching the match and I must say I enjoyed it.
There were lots of chances for both sides.
France had lots of one-on-ones, but the English goalkeeper was incredible, saving them all, and I liked how he ran out of the penalty area to chase the ball.
There were two or three English through balls that got me excited; they were beautiful and broke through the French defence.
The goals all came in the second half of extra time, and when one team scored, the other responded immediately to equalise.
It was a great final, and congratulations to Baloomao for winning the World Cup.
Well done also to Triglio, who, despite his team's limitations, did everything he could to be a key player in this match.
Congratulations to both of them!

And God knows I've had to play a lot of tough matches ^^

So thanks to sokker for this miracle.

World Cup Report

Dear supporters of all national teams,
This weekend the long-awaited Sokker World Cup has come to an end, giving us a new senior World Cup. Before we look back at the senior tournament, let us briefly acknowledge that Hungary U21 have claimed the title of Youth World Champions a fantastic achievement. But in the senior competition, the crown now belongs to France, led by their coach baloomao. Congratulations to Les Tricolores their fans will certainly celebrate for a long time.

Now let us review and summarise everything that happened during this exciting World Cup.
Group Stage Overview

Group A: Schweiz – Portugal – Chile – Việt Nam
A perfectly balanced group where all four teams fought until the last matchday. No one truly disappointed, but only two could advance. With a bit more luck at decisive moments, Việt Nam and Switzerland secured their spots in the knockout stage. A dramatic and honorable battle from all teams.

Group B: Deutschland – Azərbaycan – Lietuva – Srbija
One of the biggest surprises of the entire tournament occurred here. The main favourite, Germany, finished 3rd and shockingly exited early. Instead, Azerbaijan and Serbia claimed the two qualification spots. A memorable upset that set the tone for the rest of the tournament.

Group C: Hellas – Norge – España – Uruguay
The group delivered two expected qualifiers: Spain and Uruguay. The disappointment of the group was Greece, whose performance fell far below expectations.

Group D: Polska – Israel – England – Nederland
Poland were the clear favourites, and they delivered. The battle for second place, however, was intense. In the end, England advanced, while the Netherlands underperformed and did not meet expectations.

Group E: Bulgaria – Magyarország – România – France
Romania entered as group favourites and fulfilled their duty by qualifying. Hungary, however, had a difficult campaign—bad luck at key moments cost them the opportunity to advance. It seems their U21 squad stole all the fortune this cycle by winning the youth title.
Meanwhile, France advanced from 2nd place—an achievement that turned out to be historic, as they later became the World Champions. It is worth noting how close Bulgaria came to eliminating France at the group stage.

Group F: Brasil – Sénégal – Ireland – Argentina
Another major shock. While Brazil and Argentina were considered the two favourites, Argentina finished at the bottom of the group. Ireland surprisingly advanced, and Senegal also overperformed by finishing ahead of Argentina. A true World Cup miracle.

Group G: Italia – Sverige – Rossiya – Bosna i Hercegovina
Here, the group went according to expectations. Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina comfortably secured qualification, with no major surprises.

Group H: Türkiye – USA – België – Česká republika
A very balanced and difficult group to predict. In the end, the two best-performing teams advanced: Czech Republic and Turkey.

Round of 16 – Match Pairings
1. France – Việt Nam
2. Switzerland – Romania
3. Bosnia and Herzegovina – Brazil
4. Turkey – Spain
5. Ireland – Czech Republic
6. Serbia – Poland
7. Uruguay – Azerbaijan
8. England – Italy
These matchups set the stage for an exciting knockout journey that eventually led France to glory.

More to come....

In the meantime, I invite you to an interview with the Vice-World Champion, coach of Anglia Trglio

Krzysztof / Trglio - The Architect Behind England’s Sensational Run to the Sokker World Cup Final
1. Krzysztof:
First of all, Coach, congratulations to you and the entire English national team. Reaching the World Cup final is a monumental achievement. Tell us what was it really like to walk into a World Cup final as the team that wasn’t even supposed to be there?

1) Trglio:
Thank you! And let me tell you it was electric. The kind of tension that makes your heartbeat sound like stadium drums. We were never considered favorites; the world waited for the usual giants. But with discipline, faith, and let’s be honest a few sleepless nights of tactical tinkering, we pushed through and wrote our own chapter in this story.

2. Krzysztof:
Before the tournament began, did you truly believe England would reach the final… or were you just hoping not to go home after the group stage?
2). Trglio:
laughs The plan was simple: survive the group stage. That’s it. We expected to qualify, and we did—finishing behind a very strong Poland. The final? That was a dream that slowly turned into a possibility… and then into reality.

3. Krzysztof:
What was the toughest match you faced in this World Cup?
3). Trglio:
Italy. Without a doubt. It’s never easy playing against your own former national team. The emotional pressure was enormous. Every pass felt personal, every moment had weight.
England - Italia 2:1

4. Krzysztof:
What moments from this tournament will stay with you forever? Your favorites, your surprises?
4). Trglio:
The final, of course. That atmosphere was unbelievable. But honestly, I loved all the drama and tension along the way. Every match felt like it mattered which, in a World Cup, it absolutely does.

5. Krzysztof:
Let’s talk tactics. You’ve coached Mexico and Italy before. Did you invent something new for this World Cup, or rely on your classic methods?
5). Trglio:
My approach was mostly the same as with Mexico and Italy—proven systems, well-rehearsed structures. But I adapted details for each rival. A small tweak here, a surprise adjustment there. The devil is in the details… and sometimes the angel, too.

6. Krzysztof:
What would you like to say to the fans who supported you throughout the tournament?

6). Trglio:
A massive thank you. Truly. The English community believed in this project, and their passion pushed us forward.

7. Krzysztof:
Are we going to see you continue with England, or will you pack your bags and embark on a new adventure?

7). Trglio:
If England wants me I'm staying. This journey feels unfinished, and there’s still work to do.

8. Krzysztof:
Name your national team’s MVP and your ideal starting XI from this World Cup.

8). Trglio:
No hesitation: our goalkeeper. He was phenomenal, a real wall between the posts. As for the ideal XI let's just say the final’s lineup is pretty close to perfection.

9. Krzysztof:
Your biggest surprise of the tournament? And who disappointed you the most?
9). Trglio:
Two huge surprises: Senegal (Red_Pirate) and Ireland (Antoś) both exceeded expectations. As for disappointments, probably Turkey (LowPing) . They have so much talent… it just didn’t click this time.

10. Krzysztof:
To whom do you dedicate this incredible achievement?

10). Trglio:
To all the English people. Every single one.

11. Krzysztof:
And now the last question is yours. What would you like to say at the end of this World Cup?

11). Trglio:
To the English users: thank you for trusting me with your national team. Coaching England has been an honor and a thrill I’ll never forget.

Final Words from Krzysztof
England’s run to the final under Trglio wasn’t just a sporting story it was a statement. That in Sokker, heart, tactics, and community passion can push a team far beyond expectations.
This was a World Cup to remember.
And if Trglio stays… the best may still be ahead.

and now wait patiently for the exciting interview with the World Champion baloomao
