1. At the very beginning write a few words about yourself and your country where you live , what is worth visiting , what is worth eating at your place ?
1- Hi, I am 2posto, my real name is Branimir! I come from Croatia, beautiful land and people! Probably everyone around World know where Croatia is (because National Football Team, and Sokker Hrvatska NT - trga won World Cup and European Championship ;).
I like whole country, but South Dalmatia is my favourite place for Holidays!

We have lot of nice food, but especially delicious is everything what comes under "Peka" dish!


2. Remind us how your young national team fought in the U21 World Cup Qualifiers, what do you remember most from this competition ?
2- We actually did well, loosing only one game against Danmark, and winning all other games. I made mistake than and not prepared game well. It won't happen again! ;)


3. How do you rate your group and your chances in the group at the U21 World Cup ?
3- We landed in very difficult group with Czech Republic (again), Spain and Uruguay. I can't say our chances are good, but we made it trough group stage last tournament and hopefully we can make it again!

4. Who is the biggest star of your young national team ?
4- Without hesitation it is:
Anton Golja !


5. How do you rate your national team compared to other national teams at the U21 World Cup ?
5- We have nice generation, but less users means less top players. Some nations have 5-6 same quality players on every position. We are surely not in so comfortable situation.

6. Name the 5 favorites to win the U21 World Cup this season ? Write a few words why you think so.
6- Poland, România, Magyarország, Brasil, Italia - those are big countries with experienced coaches and always have at least two top notch players on every position!

7. Surprise means the Black Horse of the Tournament will be?
7- I can name Slovensko as underrated team. With Jurro on board I think they can spring a surprise!

10- I would repeat myself: Poland and Romania are always there, Magyarország Team I didn't have opportunity to watch but they are always strong, Brasil is definitely on list, and on 5: I can easily write - all others! I think it this time we have strong competition in group stages already and we have so many great teams qualified, and coming f.E. from 3rd and 4th Pot! Italia, España, Bulgaria, Serbia, Cuba... are just few mentioned! They all have capacity to win tournament!

1- My name is Norbert, I'm 38 years old. I live in a beautiful country called Poland. I love this country, I am a patriot. There are many wonderful things to see here, the sea, the mountains, the lakes...


We have everything here :) The best Polish dishes are pierogi and pork chop.


2. Remind us how your young national team fought in the U21 World Cup Qualifiers, what do you remember most from this competition ?
2- We stormed through the qualifiers, won all 10 matches and finished the qualifiers in 1st place among all teams in the world.


3. How do you rate your group and your chances in the group at the U21 World Cup ?
3- We came across an extremely strong group. One of the strongest. Croatia, Spain and Uruguay are the world's elite. Considering the average ratings from the last friendly matches, we had the weakest of all the teams in this group.

4. Who is the biggest star of your young national team ?
4- Our team doesn't have world-class stars. I think the brains of our team will be the central midfielder Matěj Kyjovský . No player can be sure of a place in the starting eleven, we have a fairly balanced squad.

5. How do you rate your national team compared to other national teams at the U21 World Cup ?
5- This season we have an exceptionally weak team. If I had the players who played in the qualifiers, we would have a chance for a medal, but the current players are not that good and getting out of the group would be a success for us.

6. Name the 5 favorites to win the U21 World Cup this season ? Write a few words why you think so.
6- Poland - the defending champion, managed by Gruchalus is very strong and won all of its matches last season.
Italy - in the qualifiers they lost 2 matches against Croatia, but they are hellishly strong, and Germanek is an excellent manager - World Champion.
Hungary - after the last failure at the U21 World Championships, this time the young Hungarians will definitely want to reach for a medal. They have potential and a creative coach Krzysztof.
Romania - always among the favorites for a medal.
Brazil - huge potential, they have a very good season behind them and they are also one of the favorites for a medal.

7. Surprise means the Black Horse of the Tournament will be?
7- I think Belgium could be a black horse at the World Cup. They are seeded in the last pot but have the potential to beat the best.

norbert1987 9- A question for you Krzysztof . Are you planning any tactical changes compared to the last World Cup? What elements do you pay special attention to when developing tactics and what are your favorite setups?

Any experienced national team manager knows that, tactics are one of the keys to winning a medal at the U21 World Cup. Of course, I have several tactical options on how to surprise our opponents at the U21 World Cup. I have ready-made tactics with which Hungary U21 has already played and with these tactics we beat our rivals, but I also have 2 tactics that are prepared specifically for this Tournament in the context of our group opponents at the World Cup U21 , but the opponent does not know what tactics I will decide to use and this is the plan how to surprise our opponents.

Favorite of my tactics ? hard to say which one because it is a factor that determines our opponent with whom we play the match. I have tactics with 5 defenders, but I also like to play an offensive ball with a lot of pressing on the opponent. I admit that lately I have been working on improving the game in the middle of the field , but this tactic has not yet shown in the national team and in my club. I believe that with this I can surprise our future rivals , because I believe that this new tactic combined with my experience will backfire.

The settings on the field of my young players Hungary U21 and tactics depend on the potential of my players, I think I will certainly surprise our rivals with our game, I know that they analyze my game and I take this into account :)
That's why it's important not to duplicate and get used to the same game at the World Cup, I know that for example Germanek says that I like to play low defense , and it gives me food for thought before the World Cup :)

My goal at the U21 World Cup is one to win any medal, but it will not be easy because the opponents are strong, France led by Thomas Shelby showed this in our last match 0-1, but watching this match I knew from the first minutes of the match that this match we will lose , I felt that this is not our sokker day, jokingly I can say that I am not afraid of our opponents at the U21 World Cup, but how behind the game engine draws xd

2- It was a great fight for the second place. France was stronger. But the USA and us battled two matches. Many credits to mustafaatik!

3- It gonna be a hard one. With France, Germany and Switzerland. But we gonna fight like orange lions! I think and hope it will be an interesting pool!


4. Who is the biggest star of your young national team ?
4- Specially with U21 we don’t yet talk about stars! ???? There is a team effort to be!

5. How do you rate your national team compared to other national teams at the U21 World Cup ?
5- Its gonna be an real fight to qualify for the next stage. Main goal for this season will be to get there. The rest is a big big bonus.

6- I will keep it with four:
Poland is always a big player. Already I see the raiting of almost 60…
Romania also feels like an eternal candidate for the podium…
Magyarország is have a great coach ???? its time to be on the podium again. It was some time ago I think?!
My outsider is:
Brasil looks very good this season. Gordo has many votes behind his name from brasil, it feels they together working to a great performance. I give them a chance!

1- In Spain, everyone knows me as Zar. I've been playing Sokker for a lifetime, and I hope to continue for many years, if they let us.



The best place to visit in Spain. Anywhere. Spain is wonderful. Enchanting islands, beautiful beaches, cities with hundreds of years of history, and a privileged climate.
And the food, possibly the best in the world, and I'm not exaggerating. I've visited many countries, but none of them have the food to Spain.

2. Remind us how your young national team fought in the U21 World Cup Qualifiers, what do you remember most from this competition ?
2- We could have finished first in the group, but we weren't able to beat Peru, and that relegated us to second place. We had a great group stage, with important wins, but we weren't successful against Peru.


3. How do you rate your group and your chances in the group at the U21 World Cup ?
A tough group, I imagine like all the others at the World Cup. On paper, the Czech Republic and Croatia are our biggest rivals for qualification, but Uruguay is a dangerous opponent.
Spain's objetive is to qualify.


4. Who is the biggest star of your young national team ?
4- Is a choral team. There isn’t clear star. But I like that, no one stands out, but I think is a pretty average team.

5. How do you rate your national team compared to other national teams at the U21 World Cup ?
5- Spain must always fight to be among the best, but then Sokker has his own idea.

6. Name the 5 favorites to win the U21 World Cup this season ? Write a few words why you think so.
6- Poland, obviously.
Romania, runner-up in the last World Cup and perennial favorite.
Brazil seems like a great team to me.
I really like Argentina, and we have to be careful.
And Italy seems like a very tough opponent.

7- Argentina, although I don't know if they can be considered a surprise.

Hi Zar, thanks for your question:

Actually I don't like to change a lot. Someone can think it is a disadvantage, but I like to know tactic is effective, compatible with players on disposal and it works!

I didn't watch any of our Group opponents games yet, so I really don't know. At the moment, I am focused on our friendly games and monitoring how our players respond in particular situations.
I can certainly say: Spain will always be respected and it motivates me to play against strong opposition!

2- Hard Qualifications for us, we had some difficulties and finally we were at pot 4 for world cup, which means really hard group at world cup.

3- Equivalent group with maybe Brazil are favorites to win our group.

4- We havent stars, and havent any players which are better than others. We have small but balanced group of players.

About question, I had opportunity to play against Sergiolo once and my Spain defender was 1.5 main skill away from U21 so I could roughly compare how many better defenders Spain had - at least 6! :)

And about answer: I don't have anything to hide! :) At this level and around 40-50 active users sometimes is better to play your game and hope keeper and strikers show at their best this day - like against Italy - we won 2 times in group stage against 60.6 and 58.6 (Italy can go at any time over 60 rating and we never did!). What you can do when your opponent shows with 5 defenders better as your best defender, at least 3 midfielders identical as your best, and 4 strikers at same level as your best. Defend and wait they score? No - just play your game and hope you can score more... ;)

Well, I think you have a very important factor: Golja. I think he's going to make a difference.

Spain U21 doesn't have stars, but it is a balanced team. But in a World Cup sometimes the stars decide

Yes, but Spain have at least 3 midfielders and strikers with potential to go 60+ rating. I'm not convinced Spain is weak. ;)
