they get same minutes as before, what is needed to get 9x% every week

they don't play 3 games a week

Some teams have only u21 players or only 11 12 players they were like this before...
They use same line ups not interested in game but try what they can with time they had...

I recommend watching our game.
In my opinion, Mexico U21 had a very good tactic, and I recall that this tactic allowed them to defeat Turkey U21 2-0 in the group stage.
Therefore, I prepared myself well for this match, I paid attention to every detail, and ultimately decided to play differently than the Turkey U21 team, and adjust my tactics to the one that the Mexico U21 team likes to play. The Hungarian striker, who were very defensive, didn't create many scoring opportunities, but they were counting on that one, one successful, effective action, and we got it :)

Sokker favors the bigger countries. Or is it simply that they're bigger, and that allows them to have more players, more managers, and, by the simple law of probability, be less vulnerable to injuries and red cards?

Still, there's a certain magic that allows some smaller nations to make it into the final eight. Some of us fell by the wayside, not without a fight, along with some bigger nations.

I don't think it's right to take advantage of a defeat to speak ill of the game, which allowed others to win. I'm not saying they're sore losers, but they can seem that way.

The game can be improved or changed, but this isn't the time or place to discuss it. It's time to congratulate the winners, and in my case, I especially compliment Germany for advancing to the top eight.
