It all depends on the wish of the user that requested to terminate his tenure with the game itself. I do not know the exact requests, but I can tell you that it was his desire to stop playing the game and close his team.

There is an established rule regarding banned teams and bot teams for releasing players to the TL.
Regarding norbert's team, I told you, I do not know what was his desire regarding the players future - to be released or not - as he did not request this to me and I think it is better to respect his desire.

Unfortunately, it was Norbert's decision; he also put all his players on the transfer list. He stepped away from the game.

Please don't make his choice as a special one!
