Subject: Why i leaves sokker.
My best player lost 8 weeks training for 12 weeks. Impact of injuries is too great. Devs wants reduce efficiency of training. Also level of players fall, level of engine game fall. level of juniors is miserable.
There is no pleasure in training and improving my players and sokker just became a stupid game of full trading.

It has always been a trading game. But the big difference is that there is nothing else left and that trading is only for the very rich...
that can be changed. If the owners want that game dont based on trades, they can put a rule were a team cant have more than 5 foreigners in first line up and at least one u21 player from own academy:D That can be make some positive things...
Full of trading. Haha. With all the trading restrictions, reduced number of traning places and lack of players on the market, this aspect of game, which was one of one of the biggest joys here for many, was already killed as well

Well...this game isn't trading at all,if you want to sell then yes,but if you want to buy is a problem.
At least for me.
I must find a player that fits my needs and waiting to bit with others.
Some people spend more than me,so i have to wait to find another.
And i must spend lot of my time just to buy a player!

And you dont update the gameplay of a game with new pages!
Or breaking any good part of the game just to show that you work on it!

You are not a trader, you try to buy players that fit your needs.
I was talking about wild traders, the guys that scrutinize the market non stop and buy / sell players after one month...

Of course there are people spending lot of time just to buy and sell.
Agree about that.
But this is not the part of sokker having the advantage against other games like this one.

Oh and the most of them they will try to buy cheap ..so there are no serius problem in biting.
If stay in the game only ''all those traders'' the game will close at the next day,because thousands will have left.

at least to do something with academies that you can get good youth players from there and training for you, not to get trgic, or very weak players because you cant do anything with them.Was benefically if your academy could feed your need for players after you training them and play at high level with them.In this mode maybe no many ppl was interested to buy other players to train when they have own players to training.

It s not easy to convert this because it's depend of a linear progression system and a random system (at first) with many parameters. if devs want to translate this they need to touch the core system in much points : bugs and much work.
But, if we set min starting level to 6 in a draw (actually max 6!) juniors will all start at 6 minimum.
We can also increase the max talent (could be 2.5) for the progression (in that case it will reach more than 18 level), or reject all 1 to 5 skill in a draw, so no more skills under 5 to get multi skills juniors...
There is much possibilities just by touching one or two parameters in the first draw/random system.
Also, the main problem is not not typically increasing levels : top juniors skills are already high and multi-skills... The base problem is the random system and its probabilities : much more chance to catch a sackable junior (1 chance over 3) than just one good draw (1 chance over 35...). To fix this we have to shorten the range values ( for exemple Weeks in school : min. 10 week to 33, starting age : 16 to 17 ... )

I am ok with make it harder the last 2 or 3 top levels, but you can not make everything harder. Already season is shorter, juniors are comming in lower level and many more things...... They should make easier the low and intermidate levels, so the joy of young training is even better, plus new users will be able to develop faster, plus you might decide to train a hard top level or try to make more balanced your player with another skill, for instance, instead of training 17 to 18 in striker, you might go from 5 to 11 in PM for the same player. Anyway SD GKs wont be so common and then you might go for the PM choice
