Adding a country in the middle of a season will give problems and can therefore not been done.

What are the chances for you to add a promotion/relegation table after the midway point of the season?
I know it would change on a weekly basis, but it would give teams an idea of what level of team they may be in line to play in a Qualifier as it gets closer to the end of the season.
