Didn't jump at 13+3. So close to 14.

He was injured 23' minute in his last junior Liga match, don't know if that influenced coach estimation in any way, or he is actually 13 skill.

skillsum 42 usually is high level 13, but with two high skills it might have been already 14. Anyway it's a nice winger and striker is a useful sideskill for him. Congrats.
