In order to improve training tools, I have a few questions for the community...

Is there a consensus on training ratios ?

What is the ratio (rounded) of formation training to advanced training ?
What is the ratio (rounded) of general training to advanced training ?
eg. 1 full training = 13 GT = 7 FT ?

1 at = 4 ft = 8 gt

If you've got the stats, you're the best person to decide. I think it's mostly correct as it is, occasionally there is an outlier but that can be put down to inaccurate talent range.

it should be like this
for me is 7 gt and no 8 but....
(always talking about a gt from a coach with 16 in the skill)

nope, 14 is enough

I will only look to a “median training staff", meaning: E.T training 90%+ and 3*14 assistants. This should apply to most clubs/players, more or less, my goal is not accuracy.

For now i retain "max" ratios (@adaca) 1 at = 4 ft = 8 gt
Does it sound good ?

I wonder what Mikoos thinks, he's one of the experts imho.

At100% training efficieny mostly its like 1AT=4FT=7GT with 93% assitants efficiency.

Like 99 advanced, 26 formation, 14.5 general training points i am getting with 100% training efficiency.

my player not listed on sktables.org. Also his market value changed at last hours.
Already later 2 minutes later from my player listed but my player not listed on list. What is happened?

My player market value was 10m euro until last hour on sktables.org. I was listed him 7.5m euro because of that.Throught its fair enough.Last hour his market value changed and also not listed on Transfer Live. That was normal and fair? I mean could anyone have done this?Isn't everyone's player fairly listed when the time comes?

If the estimated value has changed, it may be because another similar player has been sold in the meantime, so the estimate has been adjusted.

I don't know why your player was no longer listed. There could be several reasons. But the simplest one is that this list is limited, so if there are too many transfers at the same time, some players may no longer appear.
