I don't know why your player was no longer listed. There could be several reasons. But the simplest one is that this list is limited, so if there are too many transfers at the same time, some players may no longer appear.

About training report i have not any problem. I was trusted sktable market value when putting my player to Transfer List and in last 1 hour his value changed and not listed on Live Market. Its look like so unlucky moment for me.

Bans occur when users force a wrong login. That's why Sktables itself ban wrong login for a few hours.

What is going on I cannot log on to SKTables says IP server is blacklisted

All user logins are currently blocked. SkTables.org has been IP blacklisted (by sokker.org) for an unknown reason.
We do not know why this happened or how long it will last. SkTables.org has no way to rectify the situation.
We are still waiting for feedback from Sokker developers.
For now, as a user, you can contact your own Sokker administrator to find out what's going on with SkTables.org. That might help.
And of course, you can still use the SkTables tools that do not require a login.
Let's wait and see...
