The best trend between min/max is not typically average.
The range of talents remains ;-) But yes, the benchmark is no longer based on minimum talent.
I changed my approach because the final predicted levels were too often optimistic.
The evaluation also varied too little from week to week when the min. talent was used, even though that talent showed upward or downward trends. It wasn't very dynamic, so i decide to change.
I can understand the frustration.
I might change my mind if it ends up being too disappointing; but let's give it a try...

I can understand the reason but it's no longer smart for me to screenshot the talent when a player who might be 3.5 is showing as 4.2 or worse. Most potential buyers aren't going to take time to understand the difference.
Talent “4.2 ? (min: 3.5 max: 5)" doesn't seem too hard to understand to me. Rather than a sign of inaccuracy, it is a sign of confidence. But if potential buyers don't care, so that's it.
Above all, it’s a tool that helps managers decide whether or not to keep a junior; and when it comes to selling, you can choose whether or not to share a screenshot.

me too :-)
Statistically—if we limit talent to 6 max — the avg talent is 4.5... roughly half of our juniors aren't worth it, based on talent only. Having a lot of rotten juniors is pretty normal :-)
