Subject: Sokker PLUS? No thanks until I see real changes
Players should suffer more "1~3 days" injuries, it's so stupid they don't even think about it...
+1
too much injure.
too long time.
any hiden change in game’s code?
will plus can reduce time for injure?

Whilst I agree injuries are too punishing and probably due to translation, this post sounds like it's in response to some bad luck (I have also been hit hard with injuries), I do see the general sentiment you have.
For too many years, both before and after the 'resurrection' of sokker, we have been asked to have patience whilst also being asked to pay for plus and honestly, it's about time the devs start acting on the goodwill given by the managers of this game.
They have gone overboard with the ads, but that's OK, if I'm not paying for the game, I understand why, but for those ads to generate good revenue, they need a good amount of foot traffic, which they are losing by just disappearing from the community or adding in changes without looking at the big picture or how it will affect a very disproportionate community where most things comes down to country size.
Yes there have been changes to the game, but many were not asked for by a majority of countries, many hurt more countries than they helped and many more important issues still to this day have not been addressed
Whether it's the lopsided financial dynamics, the lack of competition for many countries, the over the top injuries, the rulebook that is still completely out of date, the inability to control inflation or the threats or moving the occasional good change to plus, it is constantly failing to hit the mark, or in many cases, failing to even try to hit the mark.
12 team leagues hurt more than it helped, shorter seasons with more games is probably 50/50 but again hurt more than it helped, new supporter/sponsorship hurt smaller nations even more than it had previously, transfer taxes whilst the though behind it was admirable, the execution didn't really change anything, thre new training system...I like it but community wide it's again 50/50, the new pages 50/50.
The only beneficial thing that really happened was NT coaches being able to see players skills, but this only helps a small number of the community, which is fine, and then they threaten to make this a plus only feature, meaning they not only want the coaches to put in work to build and keep a community active (therefore more money for the devs) but want the NT coaches to pay for this privilege.
People like myself play because of the other managers around us, not because of the game itself. But as these managers slowly die, then there is less reason to stay. And as I warned years ago (2020), if changes didn't occur quick then, the international part of this game starts to die. And we are already seeing countries that have no managers, we see a lot more with less than 5, and I'd say that even with doing everything right and good advertising starting TODAY, many of these low user number countries are already dead

its punishment for you because you use very often bad pitch in NT games
Ahahaha, well i accept this punishment so ! Very often? No, just one or two times, no more, but this is an other subject... :-)
+1 injuries, +1 form, +1 youth school
I've been paying "Plus" every single year since 2009 to 2015 and to 2019 to 2025... Sorry, but i think i will stop it, no improvements, no money .

I mean, Christ, I was warning about this stuff back in 2008 and it sounds like nothing was done until recently. I wasn't the only one either.
This game is literally being held together by the work of it's userbase but that can't continue forever, because people lose faith when it seems like the users care more than the owners. I said when the Plus increase came in that there can't be any more excuses for the state of the game, they have to start delivering on something and the clock is ticking.
There are a hundred of little things that could be easily fixed (rules, broken links etc) and the fact that nothing has been done is damning.

I'm convinced that it would take very little to make us all happy, by making small changes without wasting resources with graphics etc., even one step at a time.
Go and see how many injuries there were in my last match for the Danish national team. I'll just say that I had more attackers available, and a midfielder came on. I was 100% fit. It's absurd.
They have never promised to reduce the iinjuries to be fair. Quite the opposite, they have repeatedly said they have no intention of doing so.
Also, it can't even be classified as a big change. The length of the injuries I guess could be shortened in a day even an hour if the wanted to (the frequency probably requires an intervention in the match engine code and therefore is more tricky).

I never said they were promised things.
I said I won't renew the PLUS until the 20-year-old flaws are corrected, particularly injuries and form.
It's not a managerial game, it's a slot machine

They need to reduce injury days a bit. With the season shorter and higher skill levels taking longer to up, a 20-day injury on a Wednesday can seriously impact the season's training.
Suggestions for changes:
> Reduce the maximum number of days injured to 15.
> Injured players receive at least the % of training they had accumulated in the week before the injury - It's pathetic to have a player with 90% of training guaranteed and in Wednesday's game he ends up injured for 8-9 days and can't receive training.
> Increase the chance of skill drop to 30 years. - The market is horrible. There are few truly good players on the market, and you spend REAL YEARS training a player, only to reach his PEAK in 28 years and have him lose level in pace...
> Form - I don't even need to comment on it, right?

Essentially, that's the case.
For example, paid medical and physiotherapy services could be introduced to reduce the duration of injuries, along with other options to partially reverse the decline in form and mental fitness.
I don't want to fight bad luck at all costs, although limiting it certainly wouldn't be a bad thing, but at least have the opportunity to take action to improve the situation.
It should be a managerial game, not a gambling game like it is now. A little luck and randomness are fine, but they must be limited.
