Well when you have two flows with dynamic quotas and also qualifications with different number of teams in groups that's hard to achieve . You should be glad I organized qualifications and has chance to qualify ..
Before it was promotion relegation tournament and was much harder to promote qualify...and always ranking was used for that

Pots should be based on NT rankings, not group position. In the tournament, it should be based on group position, but these groups were qualifiers for the tournament, not the tournament itself.

This is a friendly tournament that doesn't count for anything. It doesn't matter whether you win or lose, it's just about testing tactics and improving the team for World Cup Qualification. So what does it matter how the draw is made?

It's ok his point of view is valid just is hard to apply in current configuration and set up
If I have 6 groups in qualifiers equal to number of pots than it can be done more easy but still will not avoid first and second to be in same group... Will think about for next tournament but for this one nothing I can do about it. Let's focus on what we have.
