A solution, but time consuming, is to send each participant a sk-mail with the schedule of their next game, preferable on Saturday afternoon or in the evening.

Yes. Especially sent letter who miss book a match. Maybe they don't read the forum.

When I organized the tournament. I sent an sk mail for everyone with the all rounds with the dates.

On the last season, I needed sent a mail for Ghana NT coach on every week, beside I sent the all schedule.
