Question.

Green arrow up means the team is going up to to the next division, no matter the result of the next game?

The result matters.
Green arrows shouldn't be visible in this round yet.

Only winners of upcoming round will be promoted. If there is a bot, maybe best from losers too, but that is an exceptional situation.

This is how it looks (I'm on third division):

There are 32 teams (16 matches) and 16 green arrows.
Obviously 16 winners are going to be promoted.

Just won the National cup because my opponent decided to take the International cup seriosly :D

So I didn't promote yet.. this is the round that decides who is gonna qualify?

That is actually a bit unfortunate. I also thought I was going up, because it said so in the overview, but then I lost the match after that, so I might even be going down?! I don't know, because there is not much information available.
I am not the guy to complain everyday about everything, but I think the introduction and presentation of the IC could have been a bit more polished and transparent.

First of all, this is temporary view, new one is going to be launched starting new season I believe.
Of course this is a bug, it was reported and we are still waiting it will be fixed.

Only team which was 4th in group can be relegated to lower division cup.
