The top1 96 teams seeding is only for first season
Every team will be seeded in different divisions and then best x will promote to higher Division, worst x are relegated to lower season
So since S1 it doesnt matter what place you have in League in terms of INT cup Division
And you can”t have mathematically league AND cup winners of every country in Div1 because there are only 128 places and 96 countries, you would need 192 places for them (or less in case of double winners)

It's clear to everyone that most playing minutes increase the risk of injuries
you're not obligated to play with your best players, or your trainees, for that matter.
But what's more, you can ''skip'' friendlies during the period you play the IC, so in fact you have more training minutes gained with this friendly replacer, BUT, if you want, you can choose to play an extra friendly... It's free of choice!

NC approach to the game is getting more and more fans.
Injuries are very demotivating and stressful.
If injuries won't be reworked this new cup is nonsense.

Ignoring the cup will lead fans to leave toward other countries will harm income in domestic games...
Since domestic tournaments will not give you real value no qualification to cc seems ignoring national cup or championship will make more sense ... At least fans will remain in country...

Unless domestic tournament will have bigger impact on Your weekly income. Based on my understanding supporters are connected to Your league avg supporters size so this tournament may only influence supporters mood.
Lets give devs a chance to gather actual results during this arcade round and then balance it according to gathered data (assuming it will become official and will affect supporters/mood/weekly income)
Unfortunately among those 20+ pages of topic there is a lot of back and forth discussion between few users and all answers from Geston are being lost in shuffle:(

Even domestic leguage to have bigger impact in long run fans will migrate and your leguage will become weaker and less competitive ...
And if limit is assigned to your leguage is even worst you if you do miracles and won't be rewarded ...

Those limits were assigned long time ago, so it nothing new...
Geston, if You could post in Q&A section i fo about CC cup being run next season it would be beneficial and will not get lost in the shuffle. Ideally it may be included in news ;)

IMO it will be a very bad decision to ignore this cup with a medium/strong team.
but for a new / weak team it will be a very good idea to train in it and play at max level in national cup / league (so both are not affected by trained youths).
it is only a theory though, we will see how it works.

Those limits were assigned long time ago, so it nothing new...
to make it more clear, there is nothing "assigned" to a league forever, the base for fanclubs is fluctuating every season and calculated based on what teams are in the league

I know about that limit is nothing new is like asking someone to fight with handcuffs on weekly basis ....
For me CC was ultimate goal removing that makes national cup and domestic leguage pointless .
The new suggested structure will make sense only if all countries are merged in one structure. I do no believe that this was goal
Alternatives make 3 or even 4 top tires cups 256 make preliminary round so to avoid usles games in group stage . Reduce one game per group to avoid supper income difference. I do not want income either the top tire is to present your country and achieve something
So this will give decent value to all domestic tournaments...
And of course if you do this for all super small country merge them in regional domestic structure

It is clear that friendly matches will be missed :) but if you look, you will see that they play with a different setup there and 3-4-5 players are used, while the rest are useless. Don’t reinvent the wheel..... :) please
You can hardly say that the corner tactics should be preserved and rooted for, right? i never play friendlies with corner tactics and I rarely have injuries. Maybe adjusting the tactics so not a few players have the ball for 50% of the time might help too.
First of all Poland has a huge advantage in money/training possibilities because of bigger number of national cup games(cca. first 6 rounds you get free training), and now it will be a new source of points/games in IC...
please don't joke, what training? you're not training youngsters when you play in Polish Ekstraklasa, the level is too high for training and buying players and training them for 4-5 weeks in season doesn't make sense especially that with 16-17yo players you won't progress in Cup, I know because I use them and get eliminated very early, first weeks

since week 6 most countries have already finished their national cup, so when important International Cup games start, they will only have league + league + INT Cup
at the same time top Polish teams will START their important games in national cup and will have to play 1st team league + league + INT Cup + National Cup

Now for the vast majority the schedule will be overloaded during the first part of the season with 4 games per week, while in the second part only the league will remain. I think playing the group stage at the end of the season and playoffs at the beginning of the next one is an option worth of considering.

It's interesting that you only read and respond to parts of the posts that you like, but I would recommend that, even if you only want to read and answer to just parts of posts, try to read those parts with understanding, please ;)
You can play any type of training in these games, strikers with DEF values, defenders with ATT values, and you can get training for younger players, also with 16-17yo players, of course not the whole team, but there is still a advantage with 5-7 official games against weaker teams.
And you get more from tickets and again those rank points from the free wins.
