So you telling me basically play tire 6 and be happy when I tell you nothing than tire 1 matters to me..
So why not fix cc than enforce polish international cup if thats the case add one more domestic tournament for those that want why not only equal levels eco systems ?
First with short notice I'm will tire 6 second my eco system is 3 levels and I will be in situation if rest of the teams do not compete I will have less income to reach extra classes teams in one game I stand chances to reach high levels in group stage will be harder especially when is no equal grounds...
International means international in not even one sport in RL all teams in same country do not play on too level ...
If one team per country joins each tire 6th place is tire 6 just because I sold my team mid season... Obviously news was announced late as usually ..

Normally, don't want to make scenarios without any data but can be after S1, 2nd or 3rd league club from X country can have min. 3x 80000 attendance, and 1st from Y country can have 3x 7000. For me - no brainer!
CC was open for all Champions, IC is open for everyone based on strenght (it is definitely not equally distributed), even they won nothing at all! This can be huge advantage for old users (they already know how to use game/program flaws)!
There is real possibility later clubs are playing IC with overrated teams, like Champions from almost every smaller country. Probably they are lucky if end ~0-2M€ at end of season (QF CC and win league in dominant way). This was real challenge!
We have arcade matches for playing against other plus users. And why should I pay plus after all? What is benefit from paying it if I have ffa IC?

- having seasonal budget +2M normally, if you add 5M from attendance is 5M more for financing salaries = much higher rating.
You have clubs with 80k stadium in lower leagues. So far it meant nothing if they had games in 3rd league (same country) with 20-30k attendance, now can be they get opponents with 2200 supporters = full capacity!
And masking all this like care for small nations/new users: why don't you add some more rules like saisonal budget, salary cap, players registration to this IC? You have arcade tournaments where all (plus) can play similar strenght and against 20 polish, italian or some other nation clubs. here making some countries privleged isn't my type of game I would pay.

This all is like saying only Premiership, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and League 1 can compete as all others are trash in compare to their clubs!
It sounds like everyone can win, but after all if you win X nation championship you are 2nd class "winner". Later you can't fight bot teams or 4th league winners. Did someone asked them what motivates them to play alone or against 2-3 other teams in their league?
