Subject: [DEV] International Cup

I'm more curious about how they'll handle the 12-hour time differences :) if the national leagues in the opposite time zone from Poland are kept at the current times between championship and league matches, there will be a 12-hour gap!
There are definitely a lot of things that weren't thought through, whether I like the changes or not :) they will happen, the debate is about doing things the right way. Here, no one really complains; people write more to prevent the game from being ruined.

What do you want to "handle"? The time difference is the same in Champions Cup and National Teams, I haven't heard about anyone having problems with that. If it's early you wake up and it's after the game - you watch it. If it's late, you can watch it live in the afternoon or on next day whenever you want.

It will be played on Friday, so it's even less problem than CC - no form update, no training update (pops, drops in skills).

The time between matches will be short, which I think is not good. Now it's a test period, but when it becomes real. It's not about watching, but if someone can't log in during those 12 hours – they set it up, but injuries happen... they lose the second match.
I am writing the problems I see for DEV, not for you to respond to me, so stop being know-it-alls and just spamming.

Please behave... I'm asking what specifically do you see as a problem, because just writing "there will be a timezone difference problem" gives no information about what exactly is the problem in your opinion.

As I've said, it already works like that with national team games and with champions cup games. That's one thing.

Second thing, INT Cup will be played on Friday. Which means that there will be NO club games played on next day, only NT games. So exactly like now (Friday = club cup games in different timezones, Saturday = NT games with different timezones).

This creates no problem. If anything it fixes the problem that occurs with CC (club game Thursday after form/skill updates, then club game Friday again).

When change is your financial situation to depend on the performance of other teams from your country in this tournament is hard to adjust. even if you adjust and you perform well n long run 5 level structure will not allow you to compete in top tire if you are in 3 or less levels country...

Man, if financials are your biggest doubt, then i am pretty sure it's totally unrelated to IC. Financials always have been a bit different in this game, you can make tons of money by recruiting young players form them a few seasons and sell, rince and repeat, it's up to you to find the best balance. It's not really from ticket income for me at least.

If you happy with current why need change?

F.e. you can't win your league, something is obviously wrong, why don't just adapt your approach?

And i have adapted pretty well myself with any kind of changes in this game, i am not complaining here compared to some.

I look forward to the Cup starting, so we can see the real consequences of the new tournament and have a discussion based on objective facts instead of unfounded theories. Also, let's not forget that the first season is a test season. Changes can be made.

There will be NO club games day before and day after INT cup. There is no new issue for clubs. It only fixes the problem with CC played on Thursday (club game day before, club game day after, match played after morning form/skill update). And CC was mandatory for champions / cup winners.

...just like for the last 10+ years because there already is a club game played every Friday in different timezones, so again - no change.

yes big change cups in most countries finish mid season this tournament will be played much longer

Which is exactly the same as it is now with Friendly or NC. As a NT-Coach I'm completely used to check my NT-squad after the friday games.

I have literally shown you that there is ZERO issue with timezone for clubs because of new schedule and now you are angry at me? Are you serious?
