Hm and sponsors pay? I have 300kk
2025-12-30 18:45:28
320 000 €.
2025-12-30 19:27:38
Exactly you will do same in small countries and support 70 75 rating now to compete we need to switch to 80 but with less income thanks that's what I need to hear from you
2025-12-30 19:31:29
so do not say anyone can do it and have 8 rating team cause hiding and training in lower division in small countries is definitly not profitable

in small countries you don't have to play in low division, you can train and make money in high divisions

that's the difference, you don't have to "stop playing", you can play for results and still make money because you don't have to compete against 75-85 rating teams every week

it's actually easier to create a top team in a small country than in a big one, LATER it might be harder to finance the wages of already created 80+ team, but you can do that since you can train in your league without going down...

so in fact it will be now much easier for small/average countries to compete in the new cup regularly because they will be able to use 1st team in cup, and then train youngsters for profit/future use in national cup/friendly + give them some extra minutes in one of league games, while still playing at highest country level

in Poland, Romania, Italy etc. that is simply impossible to do, that's why it's impossible to keep a 80+ rating team for long period
2025-12-30 19:32:46
now to compete we need to switch to 80 but with less income

xD again the same story

you don't "switch" from 70 to 80 with sponsor money
you do that with training money

Guys, please use money tag so everybody can relate. Thx.

For me it's like -555 000 $ without sponsors this week.
New season higher salaries as my trainees are better, some additions etc

Sponsors added 283 125 $, I am mid Div 1 team.

Serbia has 3 tiers, so to train your youngsters you don't have to go down to 3rd tier and play with bots, you can easily do it in 2nd with some cheap old but still good additions.

5th Polish league (will be now moving into higher leagues):
Sponsors income this week: 130 835 $
Total expenses this week (excluding transfers): 499 275 $

Why do you think that in small countries you don't play against teams with over a 70 rating in almost every match? Even for us, there's no chance of winning anything if you have a match under a 70+ rating.

Sorry if this question has been previously answered.

How will be the knockout stages once the league finishes?

The winner of the 23 group will play against 2nd of 24 group? Will be completely random?

10 posts above, but let's read first, not just ask

Geston до OLIVER ATON

If you are first you'll face 2nd team from another group.

Not 100%, but I think it looks like:
gr1-1 vs gr32-2
gr2-2 vs gr31-1
etc.
Shedule is fixed, so you could already know the whole path to the final. If I'll find how it looks I'll post it.

That's just not true about being easier in smaller nations for such a team. If it were, small nations would outrate large nations, and it is the exact opposite.

Large nations are much less affected by bots and new teams. They have long term players, with higher fanclub members, that pull all new teams up to a decent level, increasing prestige, thus increasing sponsorship and increasing overall gate receipts.

The top teams in div II Australia bring in approximately 100 000 $ and have to play mainly bots, so income from matches is pathetic. This means they don't even have the finances to buy decent youth that will sell for good money later on.

Then when this team promotes, because their fanclub is low from playing bots all the time (who 'take' fanclub members from them because they are stuck at 200 fans), they promote with very few fanclub members, and then take from the top teams, who's fanclub members can't grow despite good results. This lowers league prestige of the top division, again, lowering sponsorship and low income from matches for most matches of the season.

People always think income comes from transfers, but it's just not the case. The BEST teams profit/loss over a long period of time, often does not even match the sponsorship that same team has received over the long period of time.

Yes you need good transfers to get ahead of those in the same baseline position as yourself, but the same baseline position is based on sponsors and gate receipts.

And there have been international teams trying to come to Australia and dominate (can tell from IPs, team names, poor use of google translate etc.). Eventually they get banned but some have lasted a long time and not a single one has ever been able to dominate Australia, let alone become a powerhouse on the world stage.
I know this because outside of the first 5-10 seasons of the game, I have either met in person, or have on Facebook, all the major managers Australia has had, and all those managers are Australian.

It's very simple. Large nations in sokker have more resources to do well because of the stability in league prestige that having a large nation has. This is because sokker was coded assuming most nations would have similar numbers. It is a diminishing returns though, where more levels of the league, and less teams per league, helps minimise this difference (12 team leagues hurt small countries in a big way). So the difference between Poland and Italy is smaller than that of Italy to Greece, which is smaller than Greece to Australia, which is smaller than Australia to Saudi Arabia.
2025-12-30 21:16:48
And one thing people forget is the code is not bias towards Poland intentionally. It's not bias to any one nation. It is just bias towards large countries because of the increased number of league levels able to reduce the impact that bots and new teams have on the rest of the teams within the country.

People always think income comes from transfers, but it's just not the case.

if you still think that money is made from tickets and sponsors then please explain to me how it's possible that lately I reached over 375 000 000 $ while my sponsor income is 125 000 $ so definitely below yours and how is it possible that mathematically it made more sense for me to play in lower leagues than in higher leagues

there are people who make over 25 000 000 $ pure profit every season on training

and please don't tell me that you first "need money to make money" because that is not true, the best profit is made on players bought for 250 000 $-1 500 000 $

I can even show you people that play for very short time and already made a lot of money

PacoDT - plays for 22 months, already over 38 500 000 $ profit and money invested in young players
BoydStevens - plays for 6 months, already over 27 250 000 $ profit

Look at that first team squad average age!
2025-12-30 21:35:50
You are full right. Based on ticket and sponsorship incomes you can survive in the game, based on transfer incomes you can build strong team. Depends on your abilities how strong ...

I'm really surprised it takes so long time to explain ;).
