They won’t understand you because they don’t know what it is, and there’s no way they can understand how two national teams are maintained at a high level with 20 training users. That there’s no way to make money from transfers, because 90% of the players in these clubs are national team members and have been trained for 10+ seasons........
Only people placed in such conditions can understand this.

they never know our NT problems.. im the NT of Israel and half of my squad are Israelies NT's players and if not me and one-two more teams from our country that trying to develop the Israelies players , our NT will be sucks!!!
i talking with all users who have an Israeli NT player and most of them are getting lost and not trained well so i must do it myself!
8\10 of my training players are Israelis and i can't sell them for profit because the NT is most important to me...

But if you play only with your own youth school players don't complain that others are stronger, because that was your choice. If you prefer to train players for your NT, good for you, but nobody is making you do that, it is your choice, not something that you have to do.

when you have only 3 teams that do it and keep the NT alive you dont have so many choices , from my experience most of the new generation players are lost cause team doesn't know \ can't train them well .

That is your choice. You want to have fun with NT and want better players, so you train them. Nobody makes you do that. Every day you can stop doing that and do something else, so I don't see the reason for complaining or saying that having a strong team is impossible. It is possible, you just want to do something different and that's fine if that gives you more pleasure in the game.

Well, then there is nothing you can do...
But is your desition to put the priority in NT and not in making profit...

No its not brother. we talked about it from the start and they asked me to build a better team like them and not to complain im plaing against an 82 team rating , so lots of people discuss about it and about the reasons you can \ cant build 74+ rating team .

Well but you cant have a better team cause your priority is help NT, if your priority would be having a strong team you can achieve it...

It's rare in my country to build a team of 73+ even if you not help for NT , the only thing you can wish for is lots of luck with YS .

Well in Argentina at least (i know israel is smaller) in my previous team, i achieve a +75 team in around 2.5years irl, so about 7-9 seassons, starting from scratch...
So i think is doable, ofc i agree with you income in small countries is a big issue, but i guess we all have pros/cons

yea in 2006 it was very easy (i did it myself) , but try it now
if you dont have tons of luck with YS it's impossible but i guess nobody can prove our opinion...

Now is easy too, you have to change the chip and the way to do it
