I don't understand how you didn't have enough matches to train players :( I don't know how you can't understand that so many official matches will ruin your teams. Where will you get so many players for official matches - don't you realize that the risk of injury is over 50% after more than a match and a half?

and that is based on what exactly?
previous games have no impact on injuries in next games, there is no "accumulated fatigue" factor

There is the factor of many minutes spent on the field, each of which can lead to an injury. Just accumulated observation over the years spent here :)
"many minutes spend on the field" doesn't mean that after 135 minutes there is a "over 50% chance of injury", there is no such thing in this game. I had players playing 3 full games a week for 90min, week after week, and they were getting no injuries.
obviously playing more games / minutes make the injury more likely, but there is no "50% chance of injury". same as playing 90min vs 1min doesn't mean that you have 90% injury chance vs 1% injury chance. you have 90 or 1 times 0.xx% of statistical injury chance (+factors like match activity, skills, pitch quality etc.)

Alright :) I didn't write it correctly, after all English isn't my native language, it was easier for me this way... Here's the correct comparison - if he plays 3x90, the chance of getting injured is 3 times higher than with 1x90, I hope this comparison satisfies you
From me +++ for your first proposal
and - for your second!
I love the 1st one
For the second one, elimination promotes having trainees ccording to your competition level. Plus this is a competition and management game, so losing is part of it

in my understanding, it is not directly the chance for an injury, but rather the accumulated amount of events which could trigger an injury.
So if he plays 3x90, the events for receiving an injury are in average 3 times higher than with 1x90. Not directly the chance of getting an injury at an event.

Yes
No matter how some people here explain that there is no dependence on how many minutes are played per week, this is not true. Only Raul knows how the game mechanism works ... most likely, so that everything is not completely random and there is fairness :) somewhere there is a ticking clock, according to which injuries happen (I’m not talking about a specific player, probably for the whole team). I’ve even had a season without a serious injury, but then comes a period ... injuries, cards ...

That's called apophenia / gambler's fallacy, you're looking for non-existing patterns based on very small samples of what you've seen / experienced
For example I had 3 injuries of goalkeepers in recent weeks
Does that mean that goalkeepers get the most injuries, or that the game decide that it will hurt my goalkeepers?
No, it was just a combination of random bad luck and very high GK activity during games (safe tactics, 30+ shots on my goal every game etc.)

Call it whatever you want, to make a product like this game there must be an algorithm. Everything that happens is a result of a program sequence... this game is way before artificial intelligence... so it's logic. You know very well that anomalies started after adding 'random' – before that everything was predictable like results... Simple :) don’t be mistaken – I have long decided for myself what is fun for me. I’m trying to help those who fly in the skies and think that something depends on their opinion or desire.
There was no "random" added into the game, except randomisation of youth talent graph visualisation (but the talent was not touched).
They added handicap for weak teams to Match Engine to minimise the high scores when team with 75 played against 35 team, so there wouldn't be 30:0 results. Unfortunately while doing that they messed up also normal games, but that's another story.
Yes, there is an algorithm, but different matches are not connected. If you win 10 in a row it doesn't mean that you have higher chance to lose in 11. If you have no injuries in 10 games it doesn't mean you have higher chance to get injury in 11. If you get 10 bad youths in a row it doesn't mean that you have higher chance to get a good 11 one. And so on.

When you open the match analysis, after each player there is a % participation in the match... and yes, during a corner tactic, the chance of the goalkeeper getting injured is high, for example. As for the injuries, probably even Raul does not know exactly when, for how long, and which one.

of course nobody knows, because injuries are mostly random events, that can have a higher chance of occurring due to bad pitch / high activity of player etc.

All of this is so... + playing time for the season in minutes.
The only way to determine if there is any correlation in the number of injuries is to track them over a year. But this needs to happen across a large number of teams. I have tracked it with 4 players with different workloads. Hence the 'some' conclusions.

HeaMHepBu, I have tracked. Two times. 16+25 weeks.
I agree to every point you write.
(However it is futile to make some people understand. I had such discussion very often with Borkos. He and me, we live in 2 completely different universes... He is always right and me, I am always wrong.)
