I don't think it's a good idea for the IC to have a promotion/relegation system. I think we need to take into account the level at which the teams play and the marks in the last 2-3 matches.

Its my division, so one pair from 1/16 nobody goes forward, because winner was bot team and the last pair both went through(looser there had perfect record in group and good goal difference). So all that should be ok.

(Edit: Other team bluefish had better goal difference in his perfect record but failed to pass 1/32, so i guess he was not then taken in consideradion).

I dont know why i see on few places in my league some teams marked with red arrow(there is no league under), but its minor thing.

Will there be any incentive besides prestige to play in a higher tier?

Better teams better income ...

So next season we know who will be in which tier. And then teams are allocated to sub tiers and groups in random order or some factors are still taken into consideration (team ranking, or team value, or position from this year international competition)?
