1. _First, FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW YOU, can you introduced yourself? Tell us what you want about you... age?, familly situation?, professional situation ?where you're living?, hobbies?, every thing you want to share with us...
Well, earlier I wrote something about myself, so need to write some new. I am live in a happy relationship with my life partner for 15 years. After 15 years in this year on the next I will marry her, better later then never:)) She had a child from his earlier relationship, but they divorced for 26-28 years before maybe. His child lived with us some years, but now live with his girlfriend for 5 years, he is 24 years old.
I haven't got a child. About cycling whats my hobby. I just participated my first amateur timetrial in Hungary. I wrote about it earlier. Now I try train better and read about this a lot. I haven't got a coach, I haven't got a team, I race alone like a lonely wolf. I have some mate used to go a group ride. My dream one time to reach the Stelvio one time and climg it from 3 sides. The cycling good for everyting not only go to a race have fun mith mates, good to train alone and forget something, it's good to think about things. Go away from the city-s and enjoy the forest and villages. Another way. I like squirells:)
2._A word, a picture, a song, a book or a monument which could represent you?
Well, if I need to choose. It would be hard, because I like every style of music, but mostly the 90's years disco was really near for me. Masterboy one of my favouretes. Let's hear it.
A word: „well, you need always fight with the demons inside especially, when you dance with the die. If you come back never forget where you came back from. The life is a nice thing if you are healthy. The health the most important. I try to do everything to be long-lived and my goal is to live over 100 years as I am now.
3. _Let's talk about soccer?Are you an football fan?
Yes, of course:)
4. _In Real life, which club do you support in your country ?
I tell the truth. I don't see Hungarian football. I don't like the Hungarian football, it's boring for me, but I really proud if Hungarian footballers if go abroad. Only Zoltan Gera(he was a magican with the ball) was a good, and Dominik Szoboszlai is a good player nowadays. Sad story, but haven't any fantasy in the Hungarian league, they don't fight really much:(
5. _An other one in the World?
I am true Geordie (Newcastle fan).

The reason is Sir Bobby Robson. I loved the little old man, with the passion he explained on the sideline and the team played attractive football with him at that time.
7. _Are you gonna follow the World Cup?
Yes I will see it. But I am little dissapointed, because the football is going in the wrong direction. I saw the European championship last time and I felt only Spain, Germany and Austria wanted to play football in IRL.
8. _How did you know Sokker?
I played with the Hattrick.org and my group made advised me.
9. _Do you enjoy it?
Yes I like it because you pushed the players in the tactical creator like in the Championship Manger 01-02:)
10. _Since how many time are you playing it?
Nowadays I concentrate only the Senegal national team, and so many times play with corner tactic games in club level, I don't want promote only survive.
11. _How much on a week?
I focus only 1 match.
12._If you could implement something new in this game, what should it be ?
I wrote about this earlier. The tactic is most important for me and the match engine the thers not really important for me. But as we now it will be the last. The yout school reform woud be good it is total lottery. Someones push up so many good youthes, but from my side if I see my school every 20 seasons promote a youth who I sold mayb or little higher then 1 million euro. The developers wanted to reduce the money, but nowadays there are more competitions and would be larger squads so they need to think things over.
13. _Let's talk about your club, what is its name?
Hullámfarkasok. Hullám(wave) and Farkasok (wolves). A nick name a kind of nickname for pirates. Now I can play with 10 Senegal player if a match importand except the goalkeeper.
14. _What is your aim with your club?
Well, I haven't got a big plan with them. Older days I wanted to win the Hungarian Championsip.
I'm too proud to play defensive tactics at club level. I won't play with 5 defenders, the visuals are important to me, but you rarely win a championship at the highest levels with 4 defenders. I play beautiful football.
15._Did you win any trophy?
I have a silver medal in the Cup from the older days.
16. _Did you lead one of your national teams ?
I once managed the Hungarian national team as a greenhorn. I got a lot of bad reviews back then, I had no experience. I am a person who does not allow anyone to have a say in tactics, I go my own way. Maybe I did not do everything right, to communicate things to me more tactfully. Unfortunately, there were other internal conflicts. I don't even vote at home, even if the candidate is sympathetic, because of things like this. I would never want to go and manage our national team.
17. _Let's talk about Africa, what do you know about its football?
About club level not so much, but see the African teams always as I am a big African Footbal fan in National level.
18. _Did you follow the AFCON by the past ?
Yes I folowwed and it was really interesting. For example DR Congo has developed a lot in recent times. It was really interesting to see for example the Comore Island as they were really organised. Comoros didn't qualify from the group stage, but their defence were really organised and closed down and was a really unpleasant opponent.
About Malian side Eric Chellé left them what was a bad nes for them, thy fight well, but with Chellé's pressure tactic were more comfortable for them. Sinayoko were really alone in the front, and the opponents now it. They were really unfortunatelly because two times in the playoffs got a red card. The African football imporoved if someone see it. Very bad news you can't see the AFCON in the television. I saw the matches on the Canal+. I could write baout a lot of matches, but it would be to long and need so many pages:))
Finally we could speak about the Final, what was really interesting. It's a really sad story as cancelled Senegal victory nowadays, after 2 month. The match continued in the final after the penalty. I feel Senegal played better on that match. I supported them really much.
19. _Are you fastly able to give me 5 famous africans players currently playing ?
Well, yes I could say more then 5 much more:) Sadio Mané and Ryad Mahrez whose now retired from the higher level, but play, but Mané and Mahrez played in the Premier League in England. Said Benrahma. From my side I really like Benrahma style, really sad I can't see him to play in the African Cup now. Benrahma played in the PL. too. Kalidou Coulibaly from Senegal side played serious teams. I could speak about Idrissa Gueye and Ismaila Sarr whose play in the Premierleague nowadays. Sarr won the FA Cup, with Crystal Palace, it was awesome.
There are so many African player who play or played in high lever with the better scout system. We could remember Morocco as the get into the history in the last World Cup, Ziyech, Roman Saiss and the others... I could say so many names from Nigeria or Ivory Coact too. I really wonder the Leipzig winger's future. Diomande dribble really well he is the old school player I liked him to play on the AFCON. There are future players and the future is exciting.
20._Are you supporting an African team?
Yes, well I like so many African teams, good generations. On the World Cups I always support them. In this AFCON I supported Senegal, Mali and Burkina Faso. I see every match with pleasure. I was a little disappointed,when Pitroipa's team didn't qualify the WC or didn't won one AFCON.
21._You are leading an African team, what bring you here?
I always wanted to send an African team to the World Cup and win an African Cup, if only because of my love for African football. Unfortunately, not everywhere had the community to do so. I found it here in Senegal.
22. _Do you have OR create a link with this country ?

Well, when I come here I decided to learn Volof. I tell the truth I know only some words, I haven't got too much time.

There are big from behind this team, nowadays it's a well balanced team what can cause surprises against better teams sometimes. The strikers a little weaker side, but 1-3 weeks we will have the first 3x17 striker maybe:)
25. _Its better player?
As I said its a well balanced team hard to say one name. We have so many 11 minimum 17/17 defenders, we have 4 optimal defensive midfielder and shortly come 2-3 another who replace the olders. We have 2 good winger. We have 8 generally good strikers.
26._What is your goal with this team ?
Well, I reached what I wanted with this conditions with a WC qualify and first AFCON winnig for Senegal. With few managers it can be okey. If we could reach the 78 average rating confidently when we play with defensive formation, maybe it would be the maximum.
27. _2 seasons ago, you were,with Senegal, the first *African team to reach the World Cup , this season you were near to do it again, which analysis can you make us? What was your lack?
*(South Africa done it 3 times by the past but it was at the beginning of the game, the context was différent)
Well, it's an interesting story when 2 seasons ago we qualified I made 2 mistakes on 2 matches against Hayastan and one match against Andorra, but somehow we quailfied with two good matches against Scotland.
But in this year I am a little disappointed, because I did everything except the second match against Mexico, where we hadn't chance to qualify it was only a paper match :(. First when I saw the group I knew it will be a hard group and we haven't so much chance even if we see the strikers of Mexico, Spain, and Cuba.
First game against Mexico were a 50-50% match but Mexico won the game. Against Nicaragua and Malaysia I wanted to make a rick with a really attacking formations as I knew we haven't so good strikers like the bigger teams, but the bigger teams hit more goals, the attacking formations didn't helped so much. At the first game agains Cuba were really good we one, and at 3-1 lead a player of Cuba got a red card. On the second match against Cuba we led with 3-0 what could be 5-0, but after the 52.minutes we got a red card:(, and after Cuba played better. I feel our tactic worked well on these matches. We palyed 2 really good match against Spain. On the first match we hit more shots then our stronger opponent Spain, but the team eshasted so much in the second half, I needed to sub more in the def line as I tried to play reall agressively.
The second match was really interesting too. The match was 2-2 and Spain won the game in the 90.minutes. I feel we played a 50-50% match with them here. When we play our last game against Mexico I knew we need to win with 8-9 goals, what is impossible so I didn't change so much, but really interesting, Mexico had 2 red card and won the game. Maybe if I have more chance here I analyse and correction more, so if I didn't so good maybe this match was that.
Maybe if we draw the first game against Mexico, keep the score at 2-2 in the Spain game, and aren't unlucky with the sending off in the second game against Cuba, we could have made it out of this seemingly impossible group. But with this need a big luck.
28. _For those last years, with your lead, Senegal reach a really good nivel, can we say that there was a before and an after Red_Pirate with the "Teranga Lions"?
I am happy as I can cause some happiness for the Senegal Managers:) But I hope shortly Pabloaimar21 will reach a little more with this team. He work with the U21, but trained so many players and helped me earlier wanted sometimes to became an NT coach without succes because he didn't won elections. I will stand away shortly and I would give him the work I confident Senegal manager will support him. This year he try to get into the WC with U21
29. _For those who don't know you, your goal with Senegal ?
I am not only coaching here. I train 10 Senegal NT or future NT player. 9 of them midfielders.
30. _A "sokker life" after Senegal ?
If you want to ask me to candidate somewhere else. I haven't so much time or maybe I don't plan it. But if I would be step back. I feel good myself here. I will continue to train the Senegal midfielders to keep this level up.
31. _Is Hungary in your mind? Or a top 10 world team ?
Well, as I said earlier Hungary not. But its a bigger challenge for me to build up a team and step in to train players and do some special with a lower ranking National Team. To candidate at a top team? I don't know how many chance to win in TOP10 country, but I won't try it.
32. _What is your goal for this AFCON?
As we won our first AFCON, we need can't stop we are hungry for the succes:))
33. _What are the favorites teams ?
I would say Egypt too but they won't participate here. So Algeria, Senegal and Nigeria this is my opinion.
34._A surprise in this Championship ?
Maybe Nigeria, the others weaker and weaker. I would be happier with a stronger and stronger African teams.

Train so many African players lets have more fun in AFCON-s and let's make other African teams stronger too;)
