thx guys!

Daniel Bylok 16 poor [3] outfield 9 - when you got him and do u know talent of him?

so 0-2 level can in fact be 4-6 level
------
wow i didnt know it
so you say when i get 16yo even if he is 0-2 , i should wait to see his talent . but i guess if i get it only for long time right?
if you get it for maximum 7-8 weeks , you still keep him if he is 0-2?

Ran Luzon 17 average [5] outfield 20

This one popped 1 time in 10 weeks when he played 9 games
So the question is if it's enough to know he has bad talent or if there is a chance that from now he will pop much faster ?
10 games / weeks is enough to know if he has bad or good talent?

estimation of coach is not related with talent...
if u get a 16yo at level 0, maybe he is level 3-4, cause coach is estimating wrong the first weeks....
talent is the other factor, but i would also advice so keep ALL 16yo even with 0 level, cause maybe, if u are lucky the coach is estimating wrong and maybe he can be good

I mean, maybe in the first 8-10 weeks it's still difficult for him to estimate the true level , and maybe after that he starts to be more precise, and then maybe if a player popped once in 10 weeks, then in the remaining 10 he'll go up 3 or 4 times if the initial assessment was far from the real level ?

Coach mistake can be -2+2, meaning a level 0 can at best be level 2. If he next weeks shows as 5, it means he is now level 3 really (level 2 +1 pop)... That the interval for up/drop can be 5 in coach estimate, doesnt mean he can be 5 levels wrong

Meshulam Man 16 unsatisfactory [2] outfield 13
Dov Dago 17 adequate [6] outfield 17
Omer Ben Shimon 16 weak [4] outfield 33

The dilemma is mainly about Meshulam Man, who I usually reject him but I heard here that it is better to keep 16-year-olds. What do you think about him?
Estimate level is 5 (average) - 6 (adequate) when he will be 17yo on week 5-6
what do you say?

If you have space, keep him. If you don't have enough space, check for other possible worse juniors (through talent and age) before sacking him.
