well I would say your coach is quite cheap. It is hard to find incredible coaches with no unearthy and very low keeperskill (and they need that to be cheap). I would take your coach if I could (still only 150% of the min. salary)

And main coaches will never be that cheap, because you want them to have some high skills.

I would say noone is overpaying, because a low incredible is not equal a high incredible regarding training, I'm almost certain.

Hmm yes, you may be right. Then the question is, how can we count the trainer (question = ist unearthy 16 or 16.5??) and is goalkeeper worth more (it also COSTS more) and what is the upper and under limit of "Skillpoints" to be incredible or another general skill? I personally thought so too but then again if your coach has 1 skill on tragic and a lot on magical and still is incredible then he will cost more than a coach with the same skill-sum. So it is not so easy ^^ (besides old coaches cost less than young ones)

I know about one who have wage 16.967 euro .. he is almost optimal
