the small teams cannot afford a high general coach rigth now, which means they can not get the TRAINING as biggest teams... that is happening rigth now, and I see that really more critical for them than positioning. So, this variable, only makes the difference between firsts and last division bigger. But, the differece already exists.
I dont see it bad, I mean, it is not the "david vs. goliat" figth, and everybody expecting the little one to win... I don´t have a problem with that. The more the small teams are in the game, the better their coaches are going to be... dont you think that?
edit: I forgot: positioning doesnt depend only on the coach, it is jusT ONE OF THE VARIABLES.

I am not referring to the training.
The announcement suggests (maybe I am wrong, but it seems) that the maximum level of teamwork a player will get will be in accordance with the general level of the coach.
That does not happen with the rest of the skill: is your coach is "good" in scoring, your players will get less training than the one they would get if the coach were "magical" in scoring. But the maximum scoring they will get will be always "divine".

I already understood it, just said that the difference between first and last divisions already exist (in the training, because of the coaches, as an example, you can see it too).
I don´t see this unfair, and, as I said, it is just ONE of the variables on teamwork.

But the difference that already exists is in the speed, not in the maximum.
This skill will "twice" different: it could be trained "faster" (which already happens with the rest of the skills) and "further" (which is not happening with the rest of the skills).
If that were really the way it works(any confirmation, please), then this particular skill will be creating higher differences that, in my opinion, are unjustified.

Team-work has been set to the lowest possible value for every player (but don't worry - it's trained very fast). Within a few weeks it should equalize near your head coach's general appraisal.

No, for main training the general caoch skill of your main coach doesn't matter, only his skill at the trained skill. So, it's quite natural to have an unearthly coach in technique but only solid in general skill for instance.

similar situation here, I'm switching back to keeper training next season (was training pace this one) and I can't afford a coach with high keeper skill AND high general skill.
keepers prices will probably rise now, because of new dribbling past keeper system, so this is very good news for keepers trainers

why??? greg already said that this dribbling the keeper situation is very rare.
