I know for a fact that people used to create fake accounts in exotic small countries in order to vote for themselves and win elections. I think maybe one person got caught(he was stupid enough to log on to his fake account with his usual ip address). Is it still happening or do admins have some means of detecting it now?

Also I concur, Vilpu is indeed full of ghey.
