My NT Requirements for Chile

Goalkeepers

Keeper: outstanding (12)
Pace: good (7)
Passing: adequate (6)


Defenders

Defender: excellent (10)
Pace: good (7)
Tehnique+Playmaking+Passing: 21
- both must be at least adequate

Outstanding or higher defending can compensate one lower secondary skill except pace.


Midfielders

Playmaking+Passing: 19
- playmaking must be at least very good
- passing must be at least solid
Pace: solid (8)
Defender+Technique: 10

Scoring is advantage


Strikers

Scoring: formidable (11)
Pace: solid (8)
Technique: solid (8)
Playmaking+Defender: 10

Passing is advantage
If the player has extremely high pace or technique (formidable or higher), scoring could be lowered


Every player needs at least good stamina in order to play full matches or he will be substituted.

4-4-2
4-3-3
