He will hold competitions of which the winner may choose a player to get their player in the NT, like he would have enough NT-players from less than 5 teams:P

there should be a rule that the coach talks the native lanfguage of the country, not through "online translator"

I do not agree. In my opinion it's the right of the users whether to choose a coach who speaks the local language or not.

A couple of seasons ago we had Julius who didn't speak a single word Dutch, but he was a great coach. This season we had a German candidate with a very big chance to win the elections until Shadowman showed up.

I'm shure he would be a good choice. But I'd prefer a coach from my own country too.
