Ich stelle mich hiermit zur Wiederwahl für den Posten des Nationaltrainers.

Für die, die mich und meine Arbeit als Nationaltrainer noch nicht kennen und meine Ziele für die zweite Amtszeit nachlesen möchten, folgt meine Wahlrede:
Was möchte ich mit der NT erreichen?

Mein Ziel für die WM wird sein: frühestens gegen Polen auszuscheiden.
Ziele außerhalb des Platzes sind u.a.:
-die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und damit das Interesse an der Nationalelf weiter ausbauen.
-das Jugendscouting (danke an cardaso für die super Idee und die super Arbeit) möchte mit allen Mitteln unterstützen und fördern.
-mich weiterhin jederzeit auch kritischen Diskussionen stellen.

Wie werde ich den angestrebten Erfolg erreichen?

Damit dieses hoch gesteckte Ziel auch erreicht wird, arbeite ich mit einem großen Team aus erfahrenen und engagierten Managern zusammen. Diese kümmern sich z.B. um das sehr wichtige Scouting (damit ich als NT immer auf die aktuellen Daten der Spieler zurückgreifen kann). Das bisherige Kompetenzteam, welches bei einer Wiederwahl so erhalten bleiben wird, ist hier nachzulesen:[NT] Team
Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle auch noch einmal bei allen aus meinem Team bedanken: Super Arbeit, es gibt da nichts zu bemängeln. :-)

Taktisch habe ich in der WM-Quali ja bereits mein Geschick bewiesen. In der WM werde ich die Gegner noch genauer analysieren und Schwachstellen identifizieren, sowie in der Aufstellung noch mehr Liebe ins Detail stecken. Der Kader ist mit verschiedensten Spielertypen gefüllt, mit denen nahezu jede Taktik vorstellbar ist. Taktische Experimente wird es bei mir in WM-Spielen nicht geben. Unser Kader ist gut genug, um solch ein Risiko zu vermeiden.

Warum also hallenser wählen?

Wer mich wählt, kann sich vollstem Einsatz für die Community sicher sein. Ich stehe zu meinem Wort und meinen Versprechen. Ich habe die nötige Erfahrung und Kompetenz im Umgang mit der NT, um auch die WM erfolgreich zu gestalten.

Anuncio de prensa: amigos de sokker, en esta oportunidad tambien me postulo para el puesto del Tecnico Nacional , seria para mi la oportunidad de dirigir a los mejores de Venezuela lamentablemente no me ha ido bien en las ultimas temporadas con mi equipo de Los Nevados F.C.Defiendo la teoria de que el seleccionador sea nacional y no extranjero .Haria una seleccion A y una B . La seleccion A seria para enfrentar a los jugadores consagrados en la seleccion con las selecciones ranqueadas en las primeras 30 pociciones. Y la B la de juveniles para enfrentar el resto de las selecciones .Tomaria en cuenta la tabla de los mejores jugadores en las diferentes semanas asi como peticiones y consejos de los demas usuarios de Sokker Venezuela . En los partidos donde participarian la seleccion A jugarian el segundo tiempo los 3 mejores juveniles no importando su pocicion pueden ser , Defensas , Medios ó atacantes.A medida que pasen estos dias les hare llegar mas ideas y a ver si les parese.Bueno , lamentablemente las tres primeras temporadas queria sacar adelante a mi equipo con solamente jugadores VENEZOLANOS a tal punto que cuando estaba en segunda divicion 1 estuve peleando el ascenco con mi pana de cd prado ( Con jugadores solamente VENEZOLANOS). pero hay usuarios donde sus equipos , dinero que llega lo invierten en extranjeros , me tocaba jugar contra equipos donde todos los titulares eran jugadores polacos , alemanes , suizos españoles,franceces , checos y paren de contar . Aposte por tener puros venezolanos pero el nivel de los de los demas equipos era mayor gracias a sus inverciones. osea jugaba contra las naciones unidas. ahora por bien del equipo tube que comprar algunos extranjeros jovenes para entrenar y esperar a que salga algo bueno de las canteras.Si se tienen jugadores como los tiene la actual seleccion de sokker se puede armar una buena tactica segun el rival , no seria lo mismo jugar contra Belgica , Italia o Polonia que jugar contra Hong Kong , El Salvador o Jamaica ,se verian los ultimos 3 o 4 juegos del rival a enfrentar y despues sedefiniria una tactica adecuada.Ademas Venezuela de a poco va creciendo en sus diferentes niveles y cada dia salen mejores jugadores

I`m Kamil Rutkowski .I`m from Poland, and more precisely from Kętrzyńskie Potęgi. I`m playing in sokker of the about 1 year and 7 months. Sokker is my live :)

I want to be Honduras NT coach. You should know me from forum or sokker mails - I`m trying to help Honduras users since about four seasons...

Now I want to be Your NT`s coach, because I have got a lot of good ideas, many experience in SK, and also many time to realize all my plans with Your NT team. I`m sure that I can do it, if You only give me a chance and vote for me ;)

- I want to make a NT database (I`ve talked about it with one user, who can help me with it). Honduras should have player`s database like brazilian. First, you can add to base only if you have firefox and you have to install in Your`s firefox a GreasemonkeyAdd-on, and then NT team database ;) it`s not so hard to do, so I think everyone who`s got good players can do it... if someone will have problems I will help him for example by manual adding, after he shows me his skills with Transfer Announcements.


- I want to play in Mini World Cup, I think it`s very good cup when Honduras have chances to play with other better and weaker teams :) and many games with u21 with first squad, second squad i will try every tactics i can because i will have to know which style is the best for Honduras ;)


- Help new Honduras users with tactics and with junior school, why? because if they have good juniors in next few seasons Honduras will have better players :) I will help with selling young Honduras players too... how? I will put they skills on polish nt team forum and search a good coach :)


- I will try to find new Honduras users, I`m copying sokker link everewhere I can on Honduras pages now... it`s so hard because we we don`t have honduras language in sokker yet so I search person who can translate sokker too... but It`s much harder ;/



I`ll have very good assistant, who will help me with tactics, with scouting new players and also help all Honduras users: grzesbe - he`s very good manager and he have big experience in sokker:)
