I would say robbed too, as pace is too low. Stamina is just another problem.

I said i will train him in pace !

and average stamina is question about 2 trainings at the end of season

So the answer is you were robbed, as you must waste at least 3 trainings sessions on stamina to make him playable, he's 22, and has just average pace.

A whole season or two of pace, if talented and he will be worth the massive 1.3m you spent on him.

i think he wasn't robbed, it's a good price for this kind of striker...

average stamina isn't enough. and pace is much too low. You need to train him about maybe three seasons for good a pace-level compared to his striker level.
