£108k B/R and what position should he be?

the market for young players like this is a difficult one because a big part of the sale is selling the future player so there's no clear cut answer for b/n/r: a player with this skillsum can go half of what you payed or more than double depending on talent and what can be proven about that talent.

however i have a 16-year old myself who has the same skill sum (27) which i payed 11K € for while he had a skill sum of 26 two weeks ago so i guess that makes the amount you payed on the expensive side in the current market. however the fact that someone resold him probably made the price drop for me.

i'd say the skill sum makes it unlikely that he has a really terrible talent anyway and he has a head start compared to most others of that age so you're likely to get your money out of him after you trained him further.

as for the position i suggest to put him currently in the center in front of the defense (can go sokker-sweeper, defensive up to center mid) and give him pace training to start because he'll need that and 'random' pops might give you a clue about his best future position.
if he evolves fast enough in pace and passing and if you can afford to give him 2 seasons of training or more you can end up with a young all-round center mid and those are sold for big amounts of cash.
