Well if you want my opinion then i would never pay so much for him but honestly i dont know how much he is worth

First buy is very ok if you train striker and striker and a bit tech ;) Than it is an absolute bargain.
Otherwise also not bad price.

Second one depends on talent, but de ''poor keeper'' tells me that the talent is ok.
But still with talent bit robbed.

Edit: from the first one you can make a winger also..., so PM/pace/passing training the coming seasons than :)

I think the winger option is very ok( !) when i think longer about it.
Give him PM next season and with some talent you will make a lot of profit on this player.
