this is why I bought him , but according to owner, talent is around 4.5 :( I still hope trainer was wrong just by looking at the skill sum...

I think his talent will be at worst 4,5 if he has an unearthly youthtrainer. It will probably be better, high chance it will be under 4 imo.

On the other hand I think the price is at least 250 k Euro too high imo.

he started from good ( low ) 34 with magical coach. final estimation was brillant, which is not aligned with skills sum from what I understand...

His skillsum is 50. So he have to be unheartly +something. Max weeks in youth school is 34. he got 16-7=9 pops. 34:9=3.7777. And that is worse talent he can be:)

I think the chance is very high he is magical +. Without a skill on excellent I don't think he is unearthly.
If he is magical + 2 which is a good estimation imo his talent is exactly 4 with a magical coach. Not bad imo and worth to train.

I don't think he is unearthly because the skillsum is too much divided if you know what I mean. Only a feeling though.
