To less pace for every position.

not sure how strong the 3rd division is in france but for his league it could be a killer player though :p
however his speed won't guarantee much chances to score and his technique might be not enough to overcome that. very weird player who will rely heavily on assists from other players.

Maybe he could be usefull on corner or to shot penalty or freekick...
But standard rating in 3rd division in France is between 50 and 60, so this player is definately too slow ...
