Is it good talent or not? ;-)

to be honest, I'm not really impressed with his talent :\

its definetaly not a bad talent but surely not max :)

hm someone should tell me what he's eating then because i want some of that 'bad talent doping' for my players :p

thats probably max talent. i had an 18YO pop in 4 weeks to incredible pace last season. but think he was 5 to outstanding, so guess he had high subskill.
think its around max talent like that guy.
you still really really need a load of longterm training like and other players/trainees will need pace im sure somestage

So two seasons of tech and one of str and he will be:

17, maybe 17+ in pace
14 -15 tech
14-15 str

at the beggining of 24 :)

This kind of players are going for 9+ mil euro.

Of course, all depends on injuries, hope he won't get many.

its always nice to train a high talent player anyway

i dont believe that is max talent. max talent is 3 weeks to outstanding pace. im lithuanian and we have Rolandas Miasojedovas - best sokker player of all time :) 5x superdivine + outstanding striking.

I'm Dutch and we have Johan Cruijff, so I can say this talent is really good!

depends if players play 2x per week, if there is subskill from - in that case excellent-formiddable for miasojedovas...

im pretty sure i have 2x max talent or close to max talent players atm. 4 weeks to incredible pace playing 1 game per week. another was same and was 4 weeks 1 GT to outstanding pace.

i think best way to get an idea of max talents would be to get a lot of data on general training increases... but once again it comes to if they play league or friendly game, 2 games per week.. etc...
a huge amount of work to ensure all data is right... and over age differences etc... almost impossible
