I dont understand. its clearly said that pace talent is getting weaker not on linear graph.for example if you train pace and tech for 16 year old and you need 2 weeks to pop to tech and 3 to pace. then after one year ( at age 17) it wont be 2,2 and 3,3 (if it would be 10% - actually its about 15%) it would be 2,2 against 3,6 or so.

it's very, very difficoult to prove that... surely it is an opinion you read
so you have a lot of people wanting to buy these types of players.
demand = higher price.
think of it that way.
That's exactly an answer I was looking for, just to correct if I was thinking about it right. :) You see, a few posts above yours, I wrote down...
So is the answer for this just that there are like 100 times more pace-trainers than other guys, so the price will go higher, or why is it?
Anyway guys, all of us have just been arguing about this for almost 2 pages now, so what if just leave B or R topic, and continue somewhere else if needed? I quit already, but if there's any interest to go on, I don't think this is after all the right topic. You see, this is a topic for users to 1. Ask if they were robbed when bought a player, and 2. Answer in that question. Now there's 2 pages of BS of this quite no-sense fight, where everyone has their own opinion. :)

The reasons have been said i ll try to explain them a bit.
Being a pace trainer is one of the strong strategies of the game. It is one of the most profitable (since you can train 22) and tactically flexible.
However, as said, it is much more expensive (and thus slower) to start a team of pace trainees and its challenging over 65 rating points.
Nevertheless, its still one of the most popular trainings. So point 1) more demand for pace requiring players (more trainers + over double the spots)
In addition, if u train 22 players and make a super small amount of 100,000 per season per player you are making 2.2m net profits at the end of the season.
If u rotate trainings lets say u can make a very decent profit of 500,000 per season per player, a total of 5m in profit. However, you need to have about 10 other decent players which lose value. Think of the examples and do the maths.
the 2nd point ? other trainers require more profit per trainee than pace trainer to compensate for the lost team value.

one issue with pace training is that when you buy a young trainee with good skills but lack of pace ( so a good candidate for pace training ), you usually pay him a lot more that the same trainee with decent pace but lack of one particular skill... To say it in another way, a young trainee does not suffer too much devaluation of a lack of pace, even if pace training is slowest. That's because pace training is very common, so there are a lot of manager interested with this kind of player profil.
what about this one?? i bought him for 63 240 000 lei
i think is a nice bargain,with good future in my team and plans.
