to me it looks like a normal price man. I have a player who is lower on skills and i would want 7.5M before selling him.
your guy needs lots of tech and pm though which is usually not on peoples training plans in large amounts

i will train him as a def mid...I train technique for a long time, than playmaking so for my training he is the best i have seen, that's why i gave much:P
