indeed... and also, be patient with his talent...
once, I bought a 16yo striker for 4M euros... he poped like in 3 weeks to adequate-good pace, don't remember... I wasn't very pleased and I managed to sell him for the same amount... he was one of the best U21 strikers and now I suppose he's 3xdivine already (23yo) :))

true, pace graphs are sometimes quite misleading about talent :\

Profit will depend on talent of course, but having in mind his current skills it's normal to bargain imo considering crazy prices which have been payed recently for youngsters ;)
