yeah ofc. talent is all that matters, that much i know... :) i was just wondering if the price was good because i never bought 16 yo´s before... :)

well 38 wing sum isn´t bad for the price when pace is that high but not superb either.... and maybe not the ideal purchase if you dont get the chance to get the tech up..... but he is u/21 already and your own nationality... id say bargain...
