normal imho, he is about to turn 18, no def, low play and pace isnt fantastic

Why do you think that? You think his real worth is lower? By how much and why? He has tons of skills... a 22 year old player with solid speed, brilliant tech and pass and incredible pm, sells for 4,5 million so why wouldn't a 25 yr old player with superdivine speed, unearthly tech, incredible pass and brilliant pm sell for more? He's twelve pops better, roughly it should take players 10 pops if they're good, over three years.
