Rather R, because his second skills are low. But well, I am not an expert or something, just writing my personal opinion. :)

Anyway IMO what is more important, that you are satisfied with your transfer. You already bought/sold the player and cant change anything. ;P

e: probably (almost) all transfer made at the beginning of a new season are R for buyers. :D
