that is really a poor information about his talent.

- did it take 4 weeks to average/adequate and 5 weeks to good/solid pace? That would really be not that talented, in contrary...

- did it take 4 weeks to adequate/good and 5 weeks to solid pace? That's ok.

- did it take (3 weeks to adequate), 4 weeks to good, 5 weeks to solid pace? and will it take 4 weeks to very good pace? that's a good talent
