I see it with another way of thinking..
When having playmakink&passing what shall I do with the technique.
He'll be a Sweeper,not a wingback ;) , technique rarely needed.

You can't much robbed with 84k.
Train him pace.
Although you gave too much,I'd sold a better and youngest GK with only 25k.

Technique is important for every position, he will come to situations in which he has to fight a defender or whatever, even if he has PM and Passing...

Yes but these occasions are rare ;)
