yeah, he will need minimum two seasons of pace training, but you train only pace so it wont be problem.. ;)

I will be training pace for at least 6-10 seasons so there will be no issue!

To be honest, with that trainee, I will probable have to sell in around 4 seasons when his pace is too high to be worth training any further.
