We just had an argument like this in England...that screenshot does show talent of 3, yes, but it does not show whether the player popped in 4 the week before or after that graph, which would therefore mean he has talent of 3.something.

There was a case with one of the sokker staff with a player that actually popped 7 times in a row in 3 weeks in YS. He gave us screenshots and he is a honest guy and has no reason to lie to us. Max talent is 3.0 in youthschool. Of course this talent is only reachable with the best trainer (unearthy). With magical it may be 3.3 talent.
