I would not have paid that much, concerning that pace takes longer to train.

plus imho he is not a 1st team for some time due to low pace
and stamina

if he gets to outstanding pace in 2 seasons, and that is very much possible, he's got a great striker which he can sell for more money...

with 24 years he could easily look like magical pace & unearthly tech & striker (hope he will pop in these two skills with great trainer)
